We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads for property sales, and support our clients in the real estate sector. Join our team to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties, generate leads, and schedule site visits.
Handle inbound queries, provide property details, pricing, and market trends.
Update client records in CRM systems and follow up to convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with sales teams to meet monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and feedback.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
0-2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate (freshers welcome).

Essential Skills

Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and telecalling tools.
Strong organizational abilities, persistence, and ability to handle rejections.
Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus.
