Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing Loan Department. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial/loan products, and assisting them through the application process.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain various loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.) and their benefits to customers.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right financial products.
Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested clients to ensure conversions.
Keep accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in the system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and business targets.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (experience in banking, insurance, or the loan sector is a big plus). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Languages: Good command over Hindi and basic understanding of English.
Key Skills: Confident communicator, strong convincing skills, active listening, and a positive attitude toward targets.
