TELECALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: 12th or Any degree

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business leads.

- Make outbound calls and explain company products/services to prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches based on customer needs.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.

- Encourage repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide prompt, customer-focused support.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th or Any degree.

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

- Customer-first attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

- Basic knowlege of MS Office and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
