We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Sheets.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with targets.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support will be an advantage.
