Job Title
Proactively generate high-quality leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities. Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable solutions. Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver clear, persuasive product explanations to potential customers, supporting overall sales growth and customer engagement

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present and explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to management.
