Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining a database of customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries.

• Generate leads and follow up on a daily basis.

• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.

• Explain products or services in detail to prospective clients.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team, if required.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

Key Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, local language].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours:
