Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and help convert leads into opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain our real estate marketing services clearly and convincingly.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline.

• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.

• Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (Real Estate preferred).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Good convincing power and positive attitude.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.
