We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.

• Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

• Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and product features.

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Work closely with the field sales team to coordinate client meetings or site visits (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred).

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
