Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with students and parents, promote our educational programs, and assist in the enrollment process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding learner needs, and providing accurate course information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential learners or parents to inform them about courses and offerings.

• Counsel students on suitable programs based on their interests and goals.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and counseling skills.

• Good command of English and local languages.

• Prior experience in EdTech or telesales preferred.

• Ability to work with targets and maintain professionalism.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
