Job Overview:

Chemist Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, networking, and referrals

• Explain real estate projects and services to prospective clients

• Schedule and attend client meetings and property site visits

• Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly

• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

• Keep records of client interactions, deals, and updates in CRM

Key Requirements:

• Fresher to Minimum 6 months to experience in sales, preferably in real estate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive personality

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented

• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
