Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from provided leads or databases.

  • Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits to prospective clients.

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments or site visits for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update the CRM / lead management system with call details and client feedback.

  • Follow up with clients post-site visits to encourage bookings or address queries.

  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to management.
