  • Telecaller Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Explain company products and services in a clear manner

  • Generate leads and follow up on prospects

  • Maintain daily call records and customer data accurately

  • Convince customers and close sales (if sales role)

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

  • Achieve assigned call and sales targets

  • Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude

  • Update customer information in the system regularly

  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors

  • Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines
