Telecaller Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain company products and services in a clear manner
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain daily call records and customer data accurately
Convince customers and close sales (if sales role)
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve assigned call and sales targets
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude
Update customer information in the system regularly
Coordinate with team members and supervisors
Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines
