Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries to promote financial products.

• Explain mortgage loans, insurance, and home loan services clearly and professionally.

• Guide customers on eligibility criteria and required documentation.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Follow call scripts and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to follow instructions and scripts effectively

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting

• Professional work ethic and multitasking ability

• Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service

• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance)

• Strong objection-handling and customer engagement skills
