Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Durgapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and prior experience in handling outbound or inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer data and follow up for lead conversion.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
