Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive (HR Profile) who will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates and promoting recruitment service packages designed to help them secure opportunities in top MNCs.
The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and service promotion, ensuring a strong brand presence while converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teleselling & Candidate Engagement
Make outbound calls to candidates using the database provided by the company
Introduce and explain recruitment service packages effectively
Understand candidate requirements and career goals
Build rapport and maintain professional communication
2. Sales & Conversion
Pitch and sell recruitment packages including:
Professional Resume Writing
Customized Cover Letters
LinkedIn Profile Optimization
Job Search Kits
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate leads through calls, references, and internal data
Maintain a strong follow-up system for interested candidates
Convert warm and cold leads into paying clients
4. Brand Representation & Service Promotion
Ensure consistent communication aligned with company brand guidelines
Promote services in a professional and ethical manner
Maintain a positive brand image during all interactions
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
Share daily/weekly performance reports with the manager
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment and job market trends
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
Prior experience in telesales, HR consulting, or recruitment sales is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
