Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive (Business Loans)

Objective:

To convert raw data into qualified leads by engaging prospective business owners and supporting the sales team with appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business owners using provided data.

• Explain business loan products clearly and professionally.

• Conduct basic eligibility checks as per company guidelines.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers and ensure accurate lead details.

• Maintain proper call records and update lead status in the system.

• Follow polite and ethical calling practices at all times.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement preferred.

• Polite, confident, and persuasive phone etiquette.

• Fluency in local languages and basic working knowledge of English.

• Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality leads.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in loan products, financial services, or NBFC/BFSI telecalling is an advantage.

• Comfortable working with daily calling targets and follow-ups.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
