Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads & explain our business model.

• Handle incoming calls/messages and resolve client queries.

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper call & client records.

• Build good client relationships and ensure a positive experience.

• Meet weekly & monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.

• Basic computer & CRM handling skills.

• Confident, polite, and target-driven personality.
