Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Generate sales leads and follow up on existing leads.

• Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries with a positive attitude.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 year experience in telesales or customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
