Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls to assist customers with queries, service requests, and product information.
• Promote company products/services to generate sales and meet assigned revenue or conversion targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads, cross-sell and upsell as per customer needs.
