Job Description

Hiring for Tele-Counsellor (Domestic Process) – Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Frankfinn aviation services pvt Ltd, Plot no 21, sector 18 udyog vihar phase 4th near Genpact.

Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) | Sunday Fixed Off

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduates can also apply)

Experience: Fresher or 6 months–5 years in BPO/Outbound calling

Gender: Male/Female

Skills Required:

• Good communication in English & Hindi

• Outbound calling/lead generation experience preferred

• Clear speech, confident & talkative personality

Salary:

• Fresher – ₹16,000 (in hand) to ₹20,000 CTC

• Experienced – ₹21,000 to ₹26,000 (CTC same as in hand, no PF deduction)

Job Role:

We provide leads of interested students who wish to join Frankfinn. Your job is to call them and convince them to attend a free walk-in seminar at the Frankfinn center.

Additional Info:

• Age: 18–34 years

• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
