We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers with prior experience in education counselling, insurance, banking sales, or BPO processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
Promote and sell financial products such as insurance and banking services.
Handle BPO-related customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Proven experience in telecalling, education counselling, insurance sales, banking sales, or BPO processes.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into successful outcomes.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
