Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining property details, generating leads, and setting up site visits. The role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and share property details.
Follow up with leads and maintain a proper follow-up process.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
Maintain call records and update lead information regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
