Telecaller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction, and a strong ability to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and Inbound calls to prospective students/customers from the provided database

• Explain products, services, and offerings clearly and persuasively

• Handle inbound queries efficiently and provide accurate information

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication

• Maintain call records and update CRM/database

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence to speak clearly and effectively in Hindi and English

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage preferred)

• Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech is a plus
