Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers who are confident, polite, and fluent in communication to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up on leads, and explain products/services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads

• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain call records

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits

• Convert interested leads into sales or appointments

• Maintain daily call logs and report to the team leader

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass
