Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain our honey products and offers clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through calls.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Ability to work with daily targets.
