Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele callers who will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls. The candidate will contact potential customers, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce and explain the company's products/services.
Generate interested leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.
Follow the calling script and achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about the services.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
