The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases with call details and outcomes.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team on customer needs and trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
