Negotiation: Offering repayment options, EMI restructuring, or settlements if applicable.
Data Management: Updating CRM systems with call outcomes, promises to pay, and customer feedback.
Escalation Handling: Flagging cases that require legal action or field visits to the recovery team.
Compliance: Ensuring calls follow RBI guidelines and company
