We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. The role involves generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting sales or service-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or concerns.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for closures and service fulfillment.
Handle customer objections effectively and escalate issues when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
