We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join Alt Mobility. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers over phone calls, generating leads, handling customer queries, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products and services.
· Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
· Generate and qualify leads and maintain follow-up records.
· Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
· Coordinate with sales and internal teams for lead closures.
· Prepare daily call and performance reports.
· Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
· Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
· Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
· Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
· Ability to work under targets and pressure.
