Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining our projects, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and aspire to build a successful career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

• Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handover.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

• Fluency in Kannada is preferred. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
