ABOUT THE COMPANY

A fast-growing manufacturer of mid to premium segment bags with a large, well-equipped production facility

in Ahmedabad, delivering quality products at scale.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Manage leads generated through digital marketing platforms (IndiaMART, JustDial, Instagram) and convert

them into confirmed orders through daily calling, follow-ups and coordination with the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to and manage daily leads from IndiaMART, JustDial and Instagram

• Make outbound calls to understand customer requirements

• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain updated records of leads, calls and conversion status

• Coordinate with the sales/production team for order processing

• Handle basic queries on products, pricing and availability

• Share regular lead, follow-up and conversion reports with management

• Maintain a professional, courteous approach on every call

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Good communication in Hindi/Gujarati; basic English preferred

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and consistent follow-ups

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM/lead sheets)

• Polite, patient and target-driven attitude

• Added advantage: ability to handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook)
