Job Responsibilities:

• Calling customers and providing information about the company’s services/products.

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Understanding leads, giving them accurate information, and trying to convert them.

• Updating daily calling reports and lead status.

• Understanding customer queries and providing the right solutions.

• Working with the team and achieving targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; English is an added advantage).

• Sweet, polite, and professional way of speaking.

• Basic knowledge of computer and mobile operations.

• Calling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
