Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective clients, presenting properties, conducting site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, online platforms, and referrals.

• Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and property preferences.

• Present suitable residential and commercial properties to potential customers.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.

• Stay updated about market trends, property prices, and competing projects.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Freshers can apply; experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
