PRESALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in real estate, telesales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
