We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to join our Admissions Team. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and facilities, and guiding them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our college programs.
Handle inbound queries related to admissions, courses, fees, and campus facilities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interests and academic background.
Follow up regularly with potential leads to achieve admission targets.
Support the admission team during counseling sessions, admission drives, and events.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain a professional tone and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all communications.
