The role involves generating business leads, explaining marketing solutions, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to real estate developers, builders, and brokers.
Introduce the company’s digital marketing services such as lead generation, social media marketing, paid ads, and branding.
Identify potential clients who need marketing support for their real estate projects.
Generate qualified business leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings or demo calls with interested real estate clients.
Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into clients.
Achieve daily call targets and lead generation goals.
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision makers.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training can be provided).
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
Good data entry and CRM management skills.
