Sales Telecaller

The company will provide the candidate with a customer database. The candidate will be responsible for calling the customers from the given database and understanding their poultry farm equipment requirements.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Calling customers from the database provided by the company.

• Understanding and recording the customer’s exact equipment requirements.

• Collecting all necessary information from the customer and updating the details in our online CRM system.

• Based on the requirement received, our team will prepare the quotation to the customer.

• Following up with the customer after the quotation has been submitted to confirm whether the customer has received and reviewed the quotation.

• Once the quotation is received and the customer shows interest, immediately informing the Sales Team.

• The Sales Team will then contact/visit the customer and take the discussion forward.

• Maintaining accurate and updated records of all calls, customer requirements, quotations, and follow-ups in the online system.

• The candidate will be required to update the system daily, as all calling and customer-related data will be monitored through the online CRM system.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
