Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and building positive client relationships while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain products and services.

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads and achieve monthly targets by promoting offers or packages.

• Follow up with customers who show interest in the product or service.

• Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion processes.

• Respond to feedback, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to retain loyalty and trust.

  
  Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or CRM software.
