Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote freight forwarding and logistics services.

Explain company services, solutions, and offers clearly and effectively.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide basic information.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through follow-up calls.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
