Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Making calls to potential customers to promote products/services,
generate interest, and potentially schedule appointments.
Inbound Calls:
Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns,
and complaints.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Presenting products/services, explaining features and benefits, and
persuading customers to make purchases.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Following Scripts & Guidelines:
Adhering to company-provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent
messaging.
Providing Information:
Answering customer queries about products, services, pricing, and other
related information.
Following Up:
Following up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships
and potentially generate further business.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Contributing to individual and team sales goals by effectively promoting
products and services.
Customer Service:
Resolving customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate call records, documenting customer interactions, and
