Job Description

We are looking for a INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE to join our team at Teleperformance. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers 14500 and opportunities for career growth.

Generate high-quality consumer leads through outbound and inbound channels (calls, digital campaigns, social media, referrals, walk-ins, etc.)
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchase intent
Explain products/services clearly and address initial customer queries
Qualify leads based on interest level, affordability, and readiness to buy
Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and improve conversion rates
Schedule appointments, store visits, demos, or consultations for the sales team
Accurately capture and update customer data in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Handle a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining service quality
Track lead status, conversion rates, and daily/weekly performance metrics
