Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Dialing potential clients (cold calling) to promote new and existing property listings.
Information Provider: Explaining project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling and coordinating property site visits with interested buyers.
Collaboration: Handing over qualified leads to the field sales team for conversion.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for calls, talk time, and site visits.
Key Requirements:
Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi/English), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Experience: Previous telecalling or BPO experience, preferably in real estate, is often preferred but freshers can apply.
Education: High school (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree.
Qualities: Target-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and a good listener.
