Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
