Job Description:

Namami Infotech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT services/products
Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Provide accurate information about company services

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to handle rejection and meet targets
Freshers are welcome

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
