Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively contact potential clients to promote and sell various financial products, including insurance policies, stock market investments, banking services, credit cards, loans, and LIC schemes.
Client Consultation: Understand the financial needs and objectives of clients to recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all financial products offered, staying updated with the latest market trends and product features.
Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company, demonstrating a strong ability to close sales and generate revenue.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement and encourage product uptake.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system, and provide timely reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in telesales, specifically in the fields of insurance, stock market investments, banking, credit cards, loans, and LIC products.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and concise manner.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment and coordinate with other departments.
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
