Key Responsibilities:
Call inbound and outbound leads from various sources (online portals, campaigns, referrals).
Share accurate project information and answer basic client queries.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged.
Maintain lead records and call logs in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely updates and feedback.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in real estate telecalling or lead follow-up.
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken is a must; written preferred).
Confident communication and polite phone etiquette.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call handling software
10+2 or Graduate preferred.
