Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective tenants to understand their rental requirements.

• Communicate regularly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Coordinate property visits with the field sales team.

• Build strong relationships with tenants for a smooth rental experience.

• Follow up after visits and assist in closing rental deals.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.

• Prior experience in telesales or real estate is a plus.
