Job Description – Customer Experience Associate

Location: Kapurbawadi
Budget: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Gross)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Call Center (Inbound Process)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners / within 30 days preferred
Languages : Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

• Follow process guidelines and meet daily call handling targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution wherever required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an inbound call center environment.

• Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).

• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
