Job Summary

The Inbound Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling incoming patient enquiries and converting them into Hospital Visits or Virtual OPD (VOPD) consultations. The executive will understand the patient's medical condition, answer basic queries, collect medical reports, explain RIIMS Hospital's integrated treatment approach, and coordinate appointments with doctors.

The primary objective is to ensure that every genuine enquiry receives proper guidance and is converted into a hospital consultation or VOPD appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.

• Understand the patient's health concerns and medical history.

• Handle enquiries related to:

  • Kidney Diseases

  • Liver Disorders

  • Heart Problems

  • High Blood Pressure (BP)

  • Diabetes

  • Dialysis-related concerns

  • Fatty Liver

  • Creatinine issues

  • Other chronic lifestyle diseases

• Explain RIIMS Hospital's Integrated Healthcare approach in simple language.

• Motivate eligible patients to:

  • Visit RIIMS Hospital for consultation, or

  • Book a Virtual OPD (VOPD) with the specialist doctor.

• Collect patient information:

  • Name

  • Age

  • City

  • Height & Weight

  • Existing medical conditions

  • Current medications

• Request medical reports through WhatsApp or Email whenever required.

• Coordinate appointments with doctors and patient coordinators.

• Follow up with patients until they visit the hospital or complete their VOPD consultation.

• Update all patient details accurately in the CRM system.

• Maintain complete confidentiality of patient information.

• Achieve daily and monthly consultation booking targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of inbound calls handled

• VOPD appointments booked

• Hospital visits converted

• Follow-up conversion rate

• Patient satisfaction score

• CRM data accuracy

• Response time to patient enquiries

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).

• Strong listening and counselling abilities.

• Empathetic and patient-centric approach.

• Ability to build trust with patients and their family members.

• Basic understanding of common kidney, liver, heart, BP, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Office, and CRM software.

• Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into appointments.
